Favorite Summer Shopping Spots in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

While the Myrtle Beach area is well known for its sun and sand, it’s perhaps a little less well known for its fantastic shopping. But shopping we have! It’s always a wonderful surprise for visitors to our area searching for vacation souvenirs or an outfit for a night out on the town.  From local boutiques and national retailers to shopping outlets and malls, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, has a little bit of everything when it comes to ‘retail therapy.’ Here are a few of our favorite spots for shopping this summer:

Coastal Grand Mall
2000 Coastal Grand Circle
Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

With over 100 stores, large movie theatre and expansive food court, Coastal Grand Mall is the second largest mall in the state of South Carolina. Located just minutes from the ocean and Myrtle Beach International Airport, Coastal Grand provides shopping for everything from clothes, shoes and jewelry, to specialty foods and more. Favorite stores here include H&M, Old Navy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Palmetto Moon and more!

Tanger Outlets South/Tanger Outlets North
4635 Factory Stores Blvd.
Myrtle Beach, SC 29579
10835 Kings Road
Myrtle Beach, SC 29572

Shop the nation’s leading designer and brand name stores with the widest selection of today’s favorite fashion trends, all in a fun, clean, family-friendly environment. With more than 200 brands, you're sure to find something for everyone! Stop by Shopper Services to inquire about our great coupon book and other specials that take place throughout the year. The Myrtle Beach area is home to not one, but two Tanger locations!

Barefoot Landing
4898-A Highway 17 South
North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582

Located along the Intracoastal Waterway in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, Barefoot Landing combines beauty and nature (it’s situated along a bird sanctuary!) with the fun and excitement of shopping, dining, entertainment and special events for the entire family. Enjoy over 75 specialty retail shops with apparel, food, wine and more, and be sure to check out the newly-opened Dockside Village.

Broadway at the Beach
1325 Celebrity Circle
Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

Experience over 350 acres of shops, restaurants, nightlife, attractions, and events at Broadway at the Beach. This is largely where Myrtle Beach comes to shop, dine, dance, and play and offers a good variety of local boutiques and larger retail stores. After you’ve finished shopping, be sure to check out The Avenue, home to favorites like Hard Rock Cafe, Wahlburgers and Dave and Busters.

The Market Common
4017 Deville Street
Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

The Market Common is a place where you can experience exceptional shopping and dining in a beautifully-designed village setting. Along tree-lined avenues, you’ll find both national retailers and one-of-a-kind boutiques. It’s easy to spend the entire day at The Market Common as they are home to a number of popular restaurants and perhaps the area’s most comfortable movie theatre.
