Greek Gyros
Favorite drink
It’s a strange drink from Maine, where my dad grew up called Moxie. It’s hard to find anywhere outside of that area. Most people hate it, but I’ve always loved it and it has that nostalgic side to it for me as well.
What's your favorite thing to do in Myrtle Beach?
Is it cliché to say the beach? I’ve always loved spending time close to the ocean, but even more so now that I have a toddler who has been obsessed with the beach since she was 1. It’s our happy place to relax and just enjoy time together as a family.

I am the proud mama to a sassy little 3-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Leighton, and I’m lucky enough to be married to my best friend Bobby who has been a part of my life for what seems like forever (cheesy I know). We also have a long-haired weenie dog named Pop-tart who was my first baby and has been my snuggle buddy for 15 years now.
Best Advice you ever received?
It was a bit of parenting advice that I really needed when I first had Leighton. Someone told me to never forget that every child is different and as long as you lead with love and make sure your child is happy and healthy then you are doing a good job. I think moms and dads can put a lot of pressure on themselves to be perfect and do everything a certain way, and it’s always nice to step back and give yourself a little grace and credit for the good things you are doing as well.
Favorite sports team
Coastal Carolina University is number one for me since I spent a lot of time there getting both of my degrees. I am also a fan of the Washington Commanders…but mostly because I married into that fandom (haha).
