The 44th Annual Dickens Christmas Show & Festivals returns to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, November 13–16, 2025, bringing with it one of the most beloved holiday traditions on the East Coast. Each year, more than 20,000 guests from across the country join over 400 vendors for four days of shopping, entertainment, and community spirit wrapped in Victorian charm.

The show began with a simple vision to keep Myrtle Beach vibrant after the summer season and give families, workers, and visitors a reason to return during the holidays. Today, it has grown into a nationally recognized celebration where holiday memories are made. Step through the doors and you’re transported into a Victorian marketplace bustling with costumed vendors offering everything from adult & children’s clothing, handcrafted toys, and personalized gifts to gourmet foods, jewelry, art, and holiday décor. The magic lies not only in the treasures for sale but in the surprises around every corner Victorian caroler’s filling the air with song which you can sing along to, a sassy Punch & Judy puppet show, a mysterious Tea Leaf Reader, a magician who astounds young and old, and the chance to glimpse a Victorian Bath House on Wheels or the eye-catching Penny Farthing bicycle. Visitors can also marvel at the breathtaking display of Victorian Santas Through the Ages before visiting the “real” Santa himself at his Grand Castle to share their Christmas wishes.

For children, the experience is nothing short of enchanting, with Victorian Parlor Games and the Hunt for Scrooge’s Missing Presents adding playfulness to the day. Families can also explore the Festival of Worlds, where sponsoring nonprofits showcase how different cultures celebrate their winter holidays and offer authentic seasonal dishes for all to enjoy. Every dollar raised stays with the organizations, supporting their good work throughout the year.

Charity has always been at the heart of the Dickens Christmas Show. Local organizations have booths throughout the show floor, with signage highlighting their wish lists of needed items. Guests not only shop and give but also connect with these groups to learn more about year-round ways to help. The annual Silent Auction runs throughout the weekend, featuring unique treasures donated by vendors and businesses, with proceeds going directly to local causes. The excitement builds until Sunday evening when winners are announced, sending the show out on a high note of generosity.

New this year, visitors will find a Victorian “Job Wall” in the show lobby, giving those seeking work the chance to connect with area businesses. With support from local media, this effort is another way the Dickens Christmas Show & Festivals continues to serve its community beyond the holiday season.

Now in its 44th year, the Dickens Christmas Show & Festivals remains a holiday tradition where families, friends, and tour groups return year after year, marking their calendars well in advance. No two years are ever the same, as organizers scour the country for new vendors and attractions, ensuring every visit brings fresh delights and that unmistakable “WOW” factor. What doesn’t change is the warmth, nostalgia, and sense of community that fills the air. From the laughter of children chasing Scrooge’s missing presents to the joy of finding the perfect gift, every moment echoes with the true spirit of the season.
